Stony Douglas, Administrator
With over 25 years of experience in the medical field, Stony brings a wealth of knowledge to New Outlook. His diverse background includes both patient-focused and administrative roles in hospitals and clinics across Oregon and Washington. In 2019, Stony relocated to Central Oregon with his wife and two children.
Stony is known for his dependability, strong work ethic, and willingness to lend a hand- whether supporting a colleague or assisting a stranger in need. He values honesty and integrity and believes in leading by example, qualities he plans to use to build a strong team of compassionate and hard-working caregivers. Stony is proud to contribute his experience and leadership to New Outlook and is deeply committed to serving his community.
Outside of work Stony enjoys running, camping with his family, and spending time with their two dogs.

Nicole Douglas, Assistant Administrator
Nicole brings a wealth of experience in administrative and customer service roles within the healthcare field, having managed scheduling for departments with up to 200 employees. In 2019, she relocated to Central Oregon with her husband and two children to be closer to family.
Known for her organizational skills, attention to detail, and driven personality, Nicole excels at building strong relationships with both clients and caregivers. She takes the time to understand each individual’s needs, ensuring schedules are both consistent and personalized. Nicole recognizes the importance of having caregivers who are attuned to their clients’ needs, and she strives to create a harmonious balance for everyone involved.
Outside of work, Nicole enjoys staying active at the gym, playing board games with her son, cooking, and exploring the outdoors through hiking.

Marissa Juroe, On-Call Agent
Marissa graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Western Carolina University in 2020. Since then, she has dedicated her career to caring for pediatric patients across a variety of specialties, gaining valuable experience in both hospital and outpatient settings. She is passionate about working with patients of all ages and is committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care to everyone she serves.
Outside of work, Marissa enjoys spending time with her husband and baby girl. She loves reading, going to the beach, and taking walks with their dog, Gus.
